Mission Communities

Our church is a network of Mission Communities – groups of people, joined by the gospel, pursuing the renewal and redemption of their community together. Mission community is the primary way to connect with others at New Mercies Christian Church and pursue life on mission together. One of our primary strategies for demonstrating and declaring the gospel of Jesus Christ is through mission community.

Noble Warriors – Our mission is to make disciples. We encourage men of all ages to be active participants in a brotherhood that helps them grow stronger in their faith and be the godly leaders within their homes, workplace, church, and community.

Crowned Jewels – Our mission is to make disciples by creating communities that connect and foster the spiritual growth in women.

Prophetic Hands (Deaf Ministry) – Our desire is to make disciples by educating, empowering and growing Deaf Christians.

Enrichment Ministries

New Mercies Christian Church strives to develop spiritually mature believers who are engaged in holistic ministries. We recognize that there are additional services that are necessary to come alongside our Mission Communities, so we’ve developed Enrichment Ministries. These ministries are designed to help parishioners and the community live a more meaningful, substantial and rewarding life that brings glory to God.

Assimilation – We want to help you grow in your desire to worship Jesus and explore a life that makes much of Him by helping you to transition through our Assimilation Department.

Athletics – We strive to provide opportunities for individuals to cultivate a healthy lifestyle, experience camaraderie and exemplify Christ in a competitive context.

Business – Our mission is to prepare individuals within the business community to integrate proven Biblical principles to every area of their lives and businesses so they may achieve the greatest measures of success and impact the world for the glory of God.

Christian Education – We are committed to working with people to help them become deeply devoted and obedient followers of Jesus who are maturing as Christians and using their gifts to build and bless others.

Counseling – The goal of our counseling services are that individuals, couples and families might grow in their relationships with the Lord and learn to apply Biblical principles in their everyday walk and interactions with others.

Covenant Couples – To strengthen, encourage, restore, and save marriages by teaching and promoting God’s plan & purpose for marriage.

Young Adults – We desire to engage individuals from college age to 35 by helping them to mature as disciples of Jesus Christ who are changing the world for the glory of God by building connections with Christ, each other and resources.

Events – Our desire is to honor God by removing the “worry factor” involved in planning anything from a small gathering to special events, conferences and retreats. We work with each ministry team to custom design each event for you.
